Law Enforcement and Safety Requests

Contacting Elite Match Society
Law enforcement and government agencies may submit lawful requests to Elite Match Society through the channels listed on our Contact Information page. Requests submitted from an official government or law enforcement domain, with verifiable contact details, allow us to respond more quickly.
What a request should include
- The name, title, agency, and official contact details of the requesting officer or agency.
- The type of assistance requested and the legal authority relied upon.
- The email address or other account identifiers involved, to the extent known.
- A description of the information sought and its connection to an investigation.
- Any deadline or court date by which a response is needed.
Legal review of requests
- Each request is reviewed by Elite Match Society for legal validity and sufficiency. We require valid legal process, such as a subpoena, court order, or search warrant, appropriate to the type of information sought under applicable law.
- Member information is disclosed only as permitted or required by applicable law. Where the law requires or permits notice to a member, we may provide notice unless legally prohibited.
- We may preserve data at an agency's written request, where legally permitted, pending formal legal process.
- We may decline requests that are overbroad, legally insufficient, or not validly issued.
Emergencies
- If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first (for example, 911 in the United States).
- For urgent requests involving imminent risk to life or safety, contact us through the channels on our Contact Information page and mark the request as an emergency, including the nature of the emergency and the applicable legal basis.
- We review requests as soon as we reasonably can during normal business operations; we do not operate a 24/7 emergency response line and cannot guarantee specific response times.
Costs and cooperation
We do not charge fees for responding to lawfully issued requests unless reimbursement is required by law. We are committed to cooperating with valid requests while protecting the privacy of our members, and we will raise any legal objections available to us when a request is defective.
Safety reports from members and the public
Members can report concerns directly in the Service, and anyone can reach us through our Contact Information page. Reports involving threats to safety are prioritized for review as described in our Acceptable Use Policy.
