Acceptable Use Policy

This policy explains what is prohibited on Elite Match Society, how reports are handled, and what actions we may take when this policy is violated. It is part of our Terms and Conditions. The Service exists for lawful connections between consenting adults; the conduct listed below is strictly prohibited.

The following are prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement:

• Human trafficking, or facilitating or encouraging trafficking in persons, including recruiting members for commercial exploitation.
• Sexual exploitation, coercion, force, threats to obtain sexual acts, or any non-consensual sexual conduct.
• Abuse, exploitation, or endangerment of any person, including conduct involving minors in any form.
• Using the Service to arrange, facilitate, or encourage any illegal activity or transaction.

• Harassment, bullying, hate speech, threats, intimidation, or blackmail.
• Stalking, surveillance, unwanted persistent contact after being asked to stop, or attempts to locate a member offline against their wishes.
• Sharing another person's private information (address, phone number, employer, financial details) without their consent.
• Threatening or inciting physical harm or self-harm.

• Impersonating another person or creating a false identity, including using photos that are not of you.
• Scams, financial fraud, romance scams, phishing, or requests for money, gifts, cryptocurrency, or financial account details from other members.
• Spam, chain messages, pyramid or investment schemes, or repetitive unwanted promotional messaging.
• Unauthorized solicitation, including advertising, recruiting for competing services, or commercial promotion of any kind, except as we may expressly permit.
• Misrepresenting your verification status or fabricating verification evidence.

• Unlawful discrimination or hateful targeting based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, gender, gender identity, age, or sexual orientation.
• Content or conduct that is defamatory, obscene, graphic, or otherwise objectionable as determined under this policy.
• Uploading content you do not have the right to share, including images of others without consent.

• Interfering with the operation of the Service, attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts, data, or systems, or bypassing security or access controls.
• Scraping, automated data collection, or reselling access to the Service without written permission.
• Creating multiple accounts to evade restrictions or bans.

• You can report any member directly in the app from their profile or a conversation, and block them from contacting you.
• You can also report concerns through the channels on our Contact Information page, including safety concerns that require urgent attention.
• If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.

• Reports received through the app are reviewed by our moderation team. We may contact the reporting or reported member for additional information.
• Where a violation is confirmed, we may, depending on severity: remove the content in question, issue a warning, restrict specific features, suspend the account pending review, or permanently terminate the account.
• Profile photos pass through an automated moderation check before being published; other content is reviewed in response to reports and during routine administration.
• Serious violations, including those involving exploitation or threats to safety, may result in immediate termination and preservation of relevant records for law enforcement, as permitted and required by applicable law.
• We do not monitor all content or activity in real time and cannot guarantee that every violation will be detected, reported, or acted upon. Enforcement decisions are made at our reasonable discretion.

If your content was removed or your account was restricted and you believe this was a mistake, you can contact us through the channels on our Contact Information page to request review. We consider appeals and will respond where appropriate.
