We review support messages during normal business operations and respond as promptly as we can.

You can report a member directly in the Service from their profile or a conversation, and block them from contacting you. For safety concerns, verification abuse, or anything you cannot report in the app, email hello@elitematch.app.

If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first, then email us with the details.

Business and legal correspondence, including law enforcement requests and refund requests, can be sent to hello@elitematch.app.
